Data is multiple in meanings, values and forms. There is no «datum», but «data», each one describing a reality of its own. From this statement comes Dataism which is not a project but a school of thought : a process able to bring together a variety of projects questioning the re-presentation of data and the necessity of their comprehension.
This movement is put into practice through two distinct projects : UEtopia (dealing with the re-presentation of the European identity) and Open Games (dealing with access to public data in the context of the organization of the 2024 Paris’ Olympics). In both case, Dataism sets up essential elements for a re-appropriation of data.
