Exhibition scenography at the Archeology Museum of Saint-Romain-En-Gal

Project in partnership with the Archaeological Museum of Saint Romain-en-Gal and the Master in Museology of the University of Artois.

From September 18 to January 20, 2022, the Gallo-Roman Museum of Saint-Romain-en-Gal offers a temporary exhibition dedicated to ancient heroines and their resurgence in contemporary literature. The Women’s Odyssey is part of the permanent exhibition and develops an alternative route and discourse highlighting these great ancient, mythological (Calypso, Penelope) or real figures (Artemis of I, Hypatia of Alexandria). This exhibition is based on a collaboration of the museum with two specialized schools, the Master in Museology of the University of Artois (Arras) for the content of the exhibition, and the DSAAD of Martinière Diderot for the scenography.
