The sanitary crisis has turned the world of work upside down, and has led to the rediscovery of
Flex-Office. While economic and environmental considerations are at the forefront, the well-being
of employees is not. This project deals with the SNCF’s office space on one of the floors of the
Incity Tower in Lyon, and aims to create a qualitative environment that provides employees with a
wide range of spaces adapted to their needs. By listening to the users and the spatial potential
offered by the space, the intervention proposes a journey as in a train: a seat reserved for each
journey, an isolated seat, a face to face seat or a seat by the window… Whether it is a convivial
space or a bar car, the place offers spaces adapted to each of the travelers on board.
