Transhumanism and post-humanism ideologies change the way people use their bodies and the way they represent them to others. By metamorphosing the human body, these ideologies enable to create a new sexuality and to go beyond the notion of body eroticization.
In the post-human era, the current erotic body disappears to become a post-erotic body related to a new human organism, with its new materiality and its new malleability.
My work is about the research of a fictional and prospective atmosphere in which I try to restore the notion of an erotic body by creating a new physical and sensitive contact doomed to fail at first.
The different scripts presented in my work transcribe a futuristic atmosphere imbued with strangeness. In this work, the notion of a post human body is central. « The post-organic body » is multiple : it is made of fragments, changeable, decomposable and relocatable limbs. The body I create has no finality, it is always in formation and that helps to redefine our relationships to others.
